Replaced the condenser. Attempted to pull vacuum. Gauge will not move, will not drop below zero. Have pulled vacuum on just the gauges, so they are functioning. Put a bit of r134 in to assess for any leaks - no leaks. Low side reads 40, high side 200. Blowing hot air. Any recommendations? Thanks
