The leak could be from the rear oil pan seal- as Jim in Michigan says- or it could be the rear main seal, on the crankshaft, leaking into the clutch assembly, and then down onto the floor., A WD series chassis with serial number WD200,017 is a 1955 model year and WD45 chassis, which would have a curved gearshift lever. The engine is clearly a WD engine stuck in a WD45 chassis. A real WD45 engine serial number is 45xxxxxx, not WDxxxxxxx. There are always more engines built than tractors. I found this when changing engine oil. There's nothing inside the oil cap. Also anti freeze level seems normal. There isn't any milky foam at the end of the breather hose. So is this coolant in the oil.
