I updated to latest Atmosphere via the SD Setup website (this is how I've always done it). They bundled Hekate 5.6.2, and I had been using NS-Usbloader 5.0. So I upgraded to Hekate 5.6.3 and NS-USbloder 5.2, and I'm using the set of sigpatches you posted, but I still can't install the Metroid NSP or XCI, or any converted NSPs.
