Celebration of Life service will be 2:00 p.m., with words of comfort by Tom Cope., Ralph H. Rubey. Ralph H. Rubey of Stockport, Iowa passed away peacefully at his home on February 18, 2021 at the age of 84. Ralph was born to Roy and Ethel Rubey on October 4, 1936 at their farm in rural Brighton, Iowa. Ralph attended country school until high school, where he graduated from the Wayland High School in May of 1954.
