Pull the keeper out of the mag tube being carefull of the spring tension. swab the tube out real good, make sure the follower is slipping nice and free the length of the tube, put a little lube on it and reassemble.

As was mentioned above, there's rarely a reason to totally disassemble an auto-5. It's easy to take the stock off to get to the return spring, and trigger assembly out, and barrel off, and recoil spring assembly. All current Browning pumps and autoloaders have excessively heavy triggers and need trigger work very, very badly. Not so with the original Automatic-Five, and not the case with the 725 …It needs adjustment or replacement. Look underneath your shotgun and push the carrier latch button.
