I have 60K on the vehicle and called Cadillac to see if there was a recall since so many people are reporting the same issue. There was no recall or service bulletin for this problem but obviously its an issue since so many people are having it.

It just started becoming intermittently non-responsive again in the last few months. When it acts up, NONE of the icons respond across the entire CUE Screen. Here's the Possible Work-Around: Long-hold the power button until the screen effectively shuts off (and the Analog Clock is shown). Turn the power back on.
