Yeah being focused is the main problem in solo, you can't take your breath, you can't make a single mistake or you're toast. It is doable, just takes a lot of skill without cheating. Resurgence is kinda meh, fast healer is much better especially in combo with Glutton. For the last perk, Glutton for Punishment is probably the best perk in the game for a defensive fighter. I haven't played around with Last Stand tbf but I doubt I'd perfer it over glutton, I rarely get below half health anyways while using Glutton. This is because when dismantled, you can get Ichor in Conan Exiles as one of the resources gained, which can be helpful. (I do war party to level thralls faster) corrupt 19. 20 in grit, take stam Regen, and steel thewed. With this build your low life doesn't matter cuz resurgence basically heals you back to full. Glutton for punishment and fast healer do not seem to stack that I've noticed, but both are good individually. I find efficient harvest better for getting more resources quickly. There aren't really enough 'rare' resources for careful harvest to be worth it, besides maybe goldstone from obsidian. As for corrupted attributes, it kind of depends.
