So if you aren't covered any warranty you're looking at a $1000+ fix at least for that code, however with the other ones, I would assume it is due to a faulty turbo as well. P0299 and 300 are "generic" codes and it could be a multitude of things. Might be a bad valve cover, intake manifold, coil pack, boost leak somewhere or any combination of some/all of those. Just wait until Monday and see what they say.
