The conditions have not gotten better at all. In some cases it’s gotten worse. Again, there are some slush pockets on Devils Lake that will swallow you up.Not great, but there are still Walleyes and Perch deep. A lot of the Perch are on the smaller side, but we managed quite a few 9-10 inchers with a few 11-12’s mixed in. The only problem with fishing in deeper than 33 feet of water, they are probably all dead.
