Dodge avenger no crank no start

Okay I have a 2013 Dodge Avenger I have replaced the battery and the starter found the blown power control module fuse replace that and still have no crank nothing when trying to start the vehicle no noise starter does not engage but the fuel pump is turning on and - lights and everything else comes on for when I turn it to start from run it does nothing.
