Disconnect the solenoid and put a test lamp across the solenoid connector when the engine coolant temp is colder than 65C, then start the engine and let it warm up to 74C. When the engine coolant reaches approximately 74C the ECM will initiate a TC Learn and the test lamp will flash ON and OFF., I’m trying to help my buddy with a new-to-him LBZ.
