Ecobee thermostat not turning on ac

Ecobee AQI is the lowest (best) its been in a week. Twice as good today as yesterday. I have yet to even find a way to actually "reset" the air quality calibration. I did a factory reset and pulled the thermostat off the wall and let it sit for 30 mins before re-installing it.

Today I replaced my old dumb thermostat with an Ecobee 3 Lite. Prior to today everything worked as it should.
