Fedex package shows delivered but not

I called FedEx this morning, and they said there's no way to contact the driver now after it's been so long since they say it was delivered (8/27). FedEx says they delivered it to the front door -- and after I explained that the front door is basically the sidewalk, they marked the package as lost or stolen and told me I needed to contact Zara.
