After reading reviews of Gosplitty, and not getting answers to telephone calls, I was concerned about the $1000.00 I paid in advance for a hotel in Paris. However, a few days before the hotel stay, Gosplitty AND the hotel came through with a confirmation. The upscale (Place Vendom) hotel accepted the Gosplitty voucher.They do not have good customer service. There is not a legitimate telephone number given where they can be reach. Each number gives a recording or the option key hangs up. Good customer service is the key to a good business. Beware and read the reviews before making a reservation through them.
