Honda accord torque specs

I have a 2002 Honda Accord 4-door sedan. Each winter I install snow tires (on rims) and each spring re-install the factory tires and rims. I have always just torqued the hell out of the lugs but am now wondering what the "Official" torque specs are for this vehicle? I am having trouble finding these specs anywhere. Thanks.
