You find the cabins and when you claim it or whatever a locker shows up and you go to it and can buy the weapons if you got a dlc they are free. I had to earn another 12,000 in order to by the Huntsman and then I was able to load ammo and equip the scope. The other 270 has to be unlocked before you can use it in a competition. You will also have to go to an Outpost and access your cache in order to go into your backpack to make the proper changes.
