Uconnect had a procedure that supposed to make the radio reboot itself but it did not work for me. 1.put ignition in accessory. 2. Hold voice command phone buttons down for 30 secs. 3. Turn ignition off. 4. Open driver door for 30 seconds then close door. 5 start truck and radio is supposed to re-boot.
