When I change the filter DE, I put the Intellicenter in service mode so that I can use the Intelliflo keypad to quickly turn the filter pump on/off. We have attempted numerous times updating by downloading via the panel and through a usb but all attempts have been unsuccessful. The intellicenter does not update even after downloading and rebooting.
