Cant seem to get recruitable prisoners to work anymore. Title says it all. I came back after over a year off. Loaded the game up and now I cannot seem to recruit any of the prisoners I find. Like, I dont even get the dialog option anymore. They just sit there... Any insight or help would be great. Showing 1 - 4 of 4 comments.
