The beef luc lac was definitely my favourite, with an amazingly rich and savoury sauce that pairs well with the rice and salad it comes with. A disclaimer for the butter beef: make sure you have at least 4+ people to share this with as the plate is quite big and it gets to be a little too much after a while (at least for me), unless of course you really love butter beef.
