I didn't start meso farming until I switched to my 3rd main on reboot (AB, my current main). I managed to get to 750k range on my evan in 2 months of only doing daily bosses and voyages and stuff on that char and my drk. That being said, once I made my AB and started farming mesos, I achieved 2m ~ 2m unbuffed range in the same amount of time.
