There are still a lot about this weap..., Glaive doesn't need anything special. Standard damage + QoL skills will do it just fine. At most power prolonger and sharpness maintenance, otherwise just dps. IG doesn't need anything special, but you can do some fun builds if you'd like (Bubbly Dance + Resuscitate, for example).
