Mar 14, 2022 · A friend who had visited told me about this amazing encounter The Myakka Elephant Ranch was established in the late 1980's and at the moment has 3 elephants - Lou is 39 years old and an African elephant, Carol is 38 years old and an Asian Elephant and Patty who is also an Asian Elephant is 38 years old. They are looked after very well at the ranch.
