That said, I very recently found Pipedrive and for our needs in terms of managing prospects and deal flow are pretty thrilled. The linkmatch extension/subscription was the gravy on top. Edit- the sync with o365 calendar is still in beta and buggy enough to be problematic. Definitely a good CRM but worth noting if you use O365.
