I decided to finish the no stone unturned on the ps3. I have used the skyrim game guide and also the Web to find the stone in the thalmor's embassy. I couldn't find it so i finished the diplomatic immunity quest. After I went into the escape hatch door. I faced a troll and look where it had its den and I found it there.
