To the best of my knowledge, Arizona Route 89A between Sedona and Flagstaff is open. The 89A referred to in this article is US Route 89A in northern Arizona between Bitter Springs and Kanab, Utah. US 89 from Bitter Springs to Page is still closed for construction but there is a temporary bypass road. I hope that clears up the confusion. Reply
