Ok_Grapefruit_9285. • 3 yr. ago. Ordered a couple of times in the past. Had to pay duties on all. For one shipment, I bought $100 worth of items - had to pay $40 CAD in duties and taxes. For one of my items, it was mislabeled as the wrong size so I had to contact customer service and got a refund. Once I ordered a jacket and found used ...

Thredup reddit. Dude thredup is opening up a new warehouse in Dallas Texas and new processing centers in Tennessee. Once they scale out their operations you won’t have to worry about backlog anymore. AncientPapaya. •. Made a new account and was able to get a clean out kit label today after being paused for months yay! SodiumSellout.

If ThredUp really had a bed bug problem, we’d have surely seen more boxes with them pop up. I’ve gotten several items since the issue popped up and everything was fine. You should take precautions with anything you buy, used or new, regardless. So I’d still continue washing/drying/freezing or whatever if it gives you peace of mind.

The sales seem to change every few days, and even when there's a sale that is not category-specific (most of the time, honestly), which items are on sale and the percent discount changes. I've yet to make sense of it. I used the "Outlet" code before and it takes a good amount off of u use their "outlet sale" section. Free Clean Out Kit. To my shock, I was today offered a free label for a ThredUP clean out kit, waiving the $14.99 fee that has been in effect for months. I haven’t checked ThredUP in several days, so I don’t know how long it was sitting there. I did recently order about $200 of items — don’t know if that was a factor.Never buying from thredup again. I am sick and tired of Thred up. I have an itch allergy to polyester, so I would specifically look for non-polyester clothes. However, many of their items are marked incorrectly on the material. They would label shorts 100% Linen online and give you something that is actually mostly polyester.Daily.dev has raised $11M to help software developers connect, share knowledge and discuss all that's happening across their ecosystems. When love kills the falicia blakely story.

Both platforms are popular, but which is better for sellers: Poshmark or thredUP? We decided to study both platforms and make a head-to-head comparison. The GA warehouse seems to be the slowest. Avoid it if possible. I don't know how much of that is Fedex and how much is thredup. On their website, it says you should get your stuff in 11 days. My order has been "shipped" but sat in GA for a week without moving, after a long processing period. I don't know if I'm going to make another purchase. 4. My Cleanout kits FINALLY processed. TLDR: My kits that were recieved in late August finally got listed a couple days ago. I was pleasantly surprised. Good luck to all those still waiting. I would love to hear if anyone has advice for selling in the future or experiences with selling as of late. A Long Winded Review: I only realized this because ... Using the rewards creates a promo code. Only one promo code can be used. If you don't plan on spending over $79 to get free shipping, then yes, start a bundle with the free shipping code and a cheap item. Then add each item to that bundle using a $10 off code for each item. Each item has to be $15 or more iirc.

Question about return process. I’ve known about Thredup for a while and never bought anything, so when I finally made my first purchase a week ago I was SUPER excited to get my 2 items. Well….the first shirt (advertised new with tags) had a giant hole in the front, and the second ended up being a bad fit. When I go to the website to ... Hey everyone! I’ve done poshmark for years and have actually been pretty successful on there. Have some items though that are in good condition and are brands that sell well but for some reason just haven’t been able to move them on poshmark. Had anyone tried Trashie.io? I was looking into ThredUp to sell some old clothes but thankfully I came to this subreddit first and decided against it, but I’ve been looking for an alternative option. I just saw Trashie.io come up on my instagram and it seems like a decent trade off of $30 profit ($20 shipping bag for $50 to use at ForDays.com).Also a new change they just pulled is the points program is no longer eligible for reclaims. If you want to reclaim your items you have to pay thredup to ship it back to you vs being able to redeem 350 points for free shipping. That just started this week smh Of course, no announcement. 5. StayWithMeArienette.I was wondering if anybody could help me out with a (probably stupid 😅) question I had about bundled shipping. If I don't fill my bundle by the given date/close it out, is the $8.99 fee what I pay for shipping or a separate fee I pay on top of shipping? I've really been overthinking this and have gotten myself completely confused lol. You could get two free shipping for less points than it will take for the $10. That $12 worth of value. Lesson learned from my miss calculation. Sort by: vampiblu. 4 yr. ago. thredup only allows for one discount code per order. you'll just have to use them for seperate orders or find the one that makes it the cheapest. Im looking to source some clothes online and bought a 25 item mixed clothing box from thredUP. I watched a lot of unboxing and none were as bad as the box I received. I saw so many videos with free people, anthro and lily lemon. I got a box full of cheap brands, petite sizes and unpopular colors.
